1 Introduction

Welcome to Royal44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the Royal44 platform, including the website located at https://royal44.cam, any associated mobile-optimised pages, all betting products, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support services made available by Royal44 (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or accepting a promotional bonus, you ("the Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Royal44 operates the Platform under international online gaming licensing. This Platform is directed at adult users in jurisdictions where accessing such services is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Royal44 is lawful under the laws applicable to you, including Malaysian law.

2 Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below when used throughout this Agreement:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Royal44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable laws.
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or be subject to any sanctions that would prohibit participation in online gaming.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Royal44, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Royal44 or have an existing account that was closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold one registered account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via proxies — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

Royal44 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with our responsible gambling obligations and anti-money laundering commitments. Royal44 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing account holder name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Royal44 shall not be liable for delays to withdrawal processing that arise from a Player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Royal44 support immediately. Royal44 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Royal44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform. Currently supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), as well as USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC) for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits are displayed on the Platform's deposit screen and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Royal44 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Royal44 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts are not the liability of Royal44.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. Royal44 may hold or return deposits pending compliance review.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Royal44 may request alternative withdrawal verification where this is not practicable.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; bank wire and cryptocurrency 15–60 minutes. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard.
• Royal44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above stated thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, Royal44 may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Royal44 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general provisions and are published within the relevant betting markets on the Platform.

6.1 Placement of Bets

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's wallet balance. Bets cannot be funded from bonus credit that has not met wagering requirements.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by Royal44, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player.
• Royal44 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to specific in-play rules and may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by Royal44 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond the stated settlement window, incorrect odds or lines published due to technical error, or where Royal44 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of an event has been compromised.

6.3 Odds & Results

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your wager are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed and accepted.
• Results are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies of the relevant sport. In the absence of an official result, Royal44's trading team will determine settlement at its sole discretion.
• Where a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, Royal44 reserves the right to re-settle the bet according to the correct result, regardless of whether winnings have been credited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Royal44 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, esports bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general provisions in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are issued as bonus credit and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games or markets, and expiry periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding offer-specific terms before opting in.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Players who register multiple accounts in an attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts and associated funds forfeited.
• Royal44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring terms already accepted by a Player in respect of an active bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

7.2 Loyalty Programme

Royal44 operates a tiered loyalty programme comprising Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership levels. Points are accumulated on qualifying real-money wagers and determine tier progression. Tier-specific benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account management services are detailed in the Loyalty Programme terms published on the Platform. Royal44 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point allocation rates, and associated benefits with reasonable notice to Players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Royal44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balances and bonus funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of organised cheating designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors identified on the Platform, rather than reporting them to Royal44 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited to the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs) or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Transferring funds between Royal44 accounts for any purpose other than standard gameplay.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or abuse Royal44 staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the proprietary property of Royal44 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Royal44.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use Royal44's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events beyond Royal44's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet outages.
• Losses arising from decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures outside Royal44's direct control.

Royal44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall in no event exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Royal44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Royal44

Royal44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or where Royal44 has reasonable grounds to believe that continued account operation poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk. Where an account is closed for cause, Royal44 may forfeit wallet balances and bonus funds at its discretion.

11.2 Termination by the Player

A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting Royal44 customer support. Where a Player has an active bonus with wagering requirements in progress, closure of the account will result in forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings. Real-money wallet balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Royal44 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Detailed dormancy terms are available upon request from support.

12 Responsible Gambling

Royal44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping Players maintain control of their gambling activity. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, wagers, losses, and session duration through their account settings.

The following player protection tools are available to all registered Players at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Royal44 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total losses you are prepared to incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Royal44 Platform. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Royal44 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Royal44's internal customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact Royal44 customer support and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for Royal44 to investigate and respond to the complaint through its internal resolution process.

Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from pursuing remedies available to them under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Royal44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect a Player's rights or obligations — Royal44 will provide notice of the changes via email or Platform notification at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or administrative updates), Royal44 may implement changes without prior notice. The updated effective date will be reflected at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the effective date of the change.
